Dreier Consulting was founded on the belief that we have enough talent, creativity and resources in this country to solve many of our biggest problems, but our current systems often create misalignment between them. We work with you to create alignment between the best ideas and the tools and resources needed to bring them to life, through effective project management, strategic planning, and operational improvements. We work with organizations in all sectors and of all sizes, and have a particular passion for non-profits and small businesses with a social enterprise focus. Principal consultant Lara Dreier brings over 15 years of experience in program design and management, leadership, strategy, and operations. She holds an MBA from Augsburg University and certificates in project management and non-profit leadership.

Lara Dreier, Dreier Consulting LLC, recently assisted me in creating a proposal for a potential multi-year social justice project that I submitted to a huge institution.
